ALL: by grace alone!
Leader: We believe that salvation is not earned, but is received SOLA FIDE,
ALL: through faith alone!
Leader: We believe that God alone deserves our praise – SOLI DEO GLORIA,

(Based on the Five Solas of the Reformation)
Version 2
Leader: “The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.”
“The sum of God’s word is truth, and every one of His righteous rules endures forever.”
ALL: The final authority for our knowledge of God, faith and practice are the scriptures alone.
Leader: Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
ALL: We find salvation in Christ alone!
Leader: We were dead in the trespasses and sins in which we once walked, living in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ— by grace we have been saved.
ALL: Salvation is not deserved, but comes to us by grace alone!
Leader: For by grace we have been saved through faith. And this is not our own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
ALL: Salvation is not earned, but we receive it through faith alone!
Leader: Let us then praise the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. In love he predestined us for adoption through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of His will, to the praise of His glorious grace.
To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
ALL: Glory be to God alone!
